Liver cleanse recipes and insight

The liver cleanse is a powerful way to restore health and balance. The process does require commitment, but the benefits far outweigh any inconvenience.

Keep at it until you stop passing stones or your symptoms subside, every 2-3 weeks, and you will be amazed at your energy, mental clarity, appearance, and overall well-being.

Basic Recipe

Ingredients

  • 4 Tablespoons Epsom salt
  • 3 cups water
  • 1/2 cup olive oil or other liver flush oil
  • 1/2 to 3/4 cup citrus fruit juice*

* Any citrus fruit may be used, such as grapefruit, lemon, lime, or orange.

Schedule

Adjust the schedule to your usual bedtime if desired, but maintain the time intervals. For more detailed instructions, see Dr. Hulda Clark's complete method.

Before 2 p.m.

Eat a fat-free breakfast and lunch.

Stop eating and drinking. Mix Epsom salt and water.

Drink 3/4 cup Epsom salt mixture.

Drink 3/4 cup Epsom salt mixture. Squeeze grapefruit juice into a jar with a lid. Be ready for bed by 10 p.m.

Add olive oil to the jar and shake. Drink this and lie down immediately on your right side. Try to stay still for at least 20-30 minutes. Go to sleep.
