Below are recipes, tools for success,
and alternate methods of healing.
* Any citrus fruit may be used, such as grapefruit, lemon, lime, or orange.
|Before 2 p.m.||Eat a fat-free breakfast and lunch.|
|At 2 p.m.||Stop eating and drinking. Mix Epsom salt and water.|
|At 6 p.m.||Drink 3/4 cup Epsom salt mixture.|
|At 8 p.m.
||Drink 3/4 cup Epsom salt mixture. Squeeze grapefruit juice into a jar with a lid. Be ready for bed by 10 p.m.|
|At 10 p.m.
||Add olive oil to the jar and shake. Drink this and lie down immediately on your right side. Try to stay still for at least 20-30 minutes. Go to sleep.|
|After 6 a.m.||Drink 3/4 cup Epsom salt mixture.|
|2 hours later||Drink 3/4 cup Epsom salt mixture.|
|2 more hours||Eat regular food, but keep it light.|
