For each P&B shake, mix the psyllium and bentonite with 8 ounces water and drink immediately on an empty stomach, at least 1 hour before or 1 hour after meals. Medications should be taken 1-3 hours before or after. Check with your doctor or pharmacist, because medications vary in how quickly they are released.

Drink plenty of water throughout the day. Then each night before bed, enjoy a cup of natural laxative tea.

Begin with one shake a day. If needed, gradually increase the number of shakes up to five a day. Be patient and listen to your body. It may take several weeks before you see mucoid plaque. Continue the cleanse up to six months.
